Kim Zolciak-Biermann might be looking to downsize her breast implants, but she's not looking to downsize her lips. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star posted a selfie with her daughter, Kaia, and her lips look out of control! Read on to see the pics.
"My heart hurts just thinking about this nugget starting Pre-K next week!!" Kim captioned the pic of her and her extra plump lips. "@kaiabiermann you light up our world!! Big Big Personality and lots of Sass."
In all of Kim's selfies and videos on Insta, her lips appear to be getting bigger and bigger. The reality TV star has always been a fan of lip injections, and at the last Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, she told host Andy Cohen she doesn't plan on stopping any time soon.
Kim's daughter, Brielle, has followed in her mom's footsteps, getting her lips plumped by the same doctor that does Kylie Jenner's.

Kim's lips were so big, in fact, that she had to get them evened out by her plastic surgeon last December. Now, it looks like she's back to getting them plumped!
