Staying sober isn’t the only thing Scott Disick may want to focus on, as his ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian is currently trying to receive temporary full custody of their three children! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star held an emergency meeting with her attorney while her baby daddy is in rehab.
“Kourtney is requesting temporary full-custody of all three children,” a source told RadarOnline.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars reached a custody agreement for their children Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 10 months, under the guidelines that Scott remain sober during his time with the children.

But after he checked into rehab following Lamar Odom’s hospitalization for an overdose, Kourtney decided to change their mutual agreement. “If Scott gets sober and stays sober Kourtney will allow Scott to spend as much time with the kids as he wants,” the insider said. “They love their daddy.”
Although Scott vowed to “be in treatment for a minimum of 30 days” and will try to “stay for 90 days,” his track record of leaving rehab early has Kourtney concerned. “Kourtney is done with him, but she needs to protect her children,” the source added.
