The 36-year-old mother was back on mommy duty as she treated her sons Reign and Mason on a family trip to Disneyland to celebrate their shared birthdays on Monday.
Mason was celebrating his sixth birthday, while Reign turned one.

The kids were also joined by their sister Penelope, uncle Kayne West, cousin North West, grandma Kris Jenner, and Kris’ boyfriend Corey Gamble.
But one person was missing… Daddy. Scott Disick was spotted house shopping over the weekend. This could mean he is out of the picture for good!
