Kourtney took to her website, KourtneyKardashian.com to share her New Year's resolutions. She admitted that she hasn't made any resolutions in a long time, however this year she is making some changes. She felt writing them down was “important to do.”

As she prepares to take on 2016 she wrote, “to live more in the present and less on my phone.”

She also hopes to continue “the workout mission” that she started and to strengthen her “relationship with Jesus.”

Kourtney had a rough year after her summer split from her boyfriend of 9 years, Scott Disick. The former couple share three children together and since the split, it hasn’t been easy as Scott continues to recover from his drug and alcohol addiction.
