Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick welcomed a baby boy on Sunday, Dec. 14 – the same day as their 5-year-old son Mason’s birthday! And while the famous family is keeping all the details of the newest Kardashian under wraps, they did reveal the baby’s first photo and name – and it’s not Stuart!

"Madly in love with my little Reign Aston Disick," Kourtney wrote on Instagram alongside a sweet snap of her holding her newborn son's hand.
The duo broke the news of their third pregnancy during the series premiere of Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons. The baby’s gender was revealed on last week’s episode. “It’s going to be perfect for our family,” Kourtney said.

The oldest Kardashian sister bared her baby bump when she posed nude for DuJour magazine. “It’s a wonderful thing to be able to show my children these photographs one day and say, ‘This was you inside,'" she told the magazine. “I’m at my best when I’m pregnant.”
While Kourtney was in the hospital, her son Mason celebrated his 5th birthday with his aunt Kim Kardashian, sister and cousin North West at Disney on Ice. Next year he’ll be celebrating his birthday with Reign!
