When Kim, 35, announced her second pregnancy, it wasn’t all smiles for sis! Kourtney, 36, and the rest of the family “worried that Kim won't be able to handle two kids,” a source told RadarOnline.
The mother of three feels, "Kim will need to get even more outside help than she already has," the source added.
