Hailey, 19, gave Kourtney, 36, competition, as her long legs were on full display in a super short mini dress!

The PDA-packed photo came just weeks after Kourtney and Justin were rumored to be dating. After partying the night away at clubs, Justin, 21, posted an Instagram with the mother-of-three in a compromising position with the caption, “Lord knows.”
