Kristin Cavallari’s brother went missing on Nov. 27 and a manhunt has begun as his desperate family clings to the hope he’s alive. Michael Cavallari’s car was found abandoned off the highway in Utah with the engine running and a deployed airbag. Michael’s laptop and cell phone were still inside.

For former reality TV star sent a sweet note to fans. She wrote on social media, “I appreciate all the concern, thoughts, and prayers that have been extended to me and my family. We remain hopeful and I will share any news that we receive. I have such gratitude for all those that have shared their support.”

Police in Utah believe he hit a rock on the side of the road in his 2014 Honda Civic but there has been no sign of Michael since. The last spotting of Michael was at a gas station in Monticello the day after Thanksgiving.

Kristin, 28, just welcomed her new daughter named Saylor, her third child with husband Jay Cutler. The couple also has two sons—Jaxon and Camden.

Grand County Sheriff Steven White said, “We're combing the area for anything we can find. We're deeming it suspicious, but there's nothing to indicate anything one way or another. The vehicle was just abandoned.”
