One of her friends told OKMagazine.com that while they’re used to Jenner switching up her look, her most recent upgrade exudes more shock than awe.

“She’s so hooked on surgery, she can’t help herself and now she doesn’t look like herself anymore,” the source said.

While Kylie has said she’s only had lip injections, her friends are “convinced” she’s had much much more done.

“I have had temporary lip fillers,” she said on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. “It's just something that I wanted to do.”

The youngest Kardashian-Jenner even got into a fight with her sister Khloe Kardashian about her enhancements. “If you avoid the question, you're going to look like a liar,” Khloe said.

However, Kylie said she “wasn’t ready” to dish on the details under the knife!

She also said she’s not opposed to having more procedures done in the future. Could that future have finally came?

According to the source, friends believe she’s recently had a liquid facelift, skin resurfacing and even “had her chin dimple enhanced.”

“She tries these things like it’s a new eye shadow color,” the insider said.

With all of her upgrades, her friends are mostly worried about Kylie’s future, particularly her reputation!

“If she ever has kids one day, they won’t look anything like their mom, that’s for sure,” the source said.

She is “playing a very dangerous game,” the source said.

“She’s obsessed with perfection, but she’s risking adding imperfections if she stays on this path.”
