Kylie Jenner worked hard to get back in shape following the birth of baby Stormi and now she’s sharing a few of her secrets. During a recent Instagram Live, the newly minted billionaire got candid about how she was able to slim down.

After one of her followers asked how she lost the baby weight and got “a flat tummy again,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 21, admitted it all came down to her eating habits.

“It’s all about diet for me,” she said.

“I’m naturally just a really skinny person,” Kylie continued. “But not like Kendall Jenner. She’s naturally, like model status. But yeah, I’ve always had a really flat stomach but I never felt like it went back to what it was before Stormi until recently, and I feel like it has a lot to do with diet.”

She revealed she’d learn to be more mindful on her food intake. “I really eat very crazy usually. Like whatever I want,” she explained. “Pizza, pasta, a lot of dairy. And I just kind of cut all of that out and have just been eating better. And I feel like that’s the trick for me, personally.”

The mom of one also added that ultimately, the post-baby snapback just takes a bit of time and patience. “After a child, it really does take just as long to get your body back as it did to create the child,” she added.
