
Lady Gaga Surprises Wildfire Evacuees With Pizza And A Live Performance

Lady Gaga, who had to evacuate her Malibu home due to wildfires, dropped by a local Red Cross shelter to surprise others who were displaced with pizza and a live performance! Read on for all the details.

"Today is my favorite day of the year," Gaga said in a video on her Instagram Stories. "It's World Kindness Day and I encourage you all to do one act of kindness, even if it's for yourself."

That's when she shared she was on her way to a shelter to surprise evacuees. "I'm on my way to a shelter in California to meet with people who have had to leave their homes. It's one of my acts of kindness for today and I encourage you to do the same. Be kind."

She was proudly wearing a "Malibu" hat, which she showed off on her Insta Stories. Other celebs in Malibu lost their homes, like Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.

"Fresh hot pizza, coffee, and gift cards for the shelter," the "Million Reasons" singer wrote, along with a photo of her carrying about a dozen pizzas. Not only did Gaga surprise them with snacks, but she even sang to a 98-year-old woman, according to reports.

Mother Monster also gave a shout out to Starbucks and her Born This Way Foundation for their World Kindness Day collaboration, which included having people send kind notes to one another.
