Lindsay Lohan wasn’t impressed by Zendaya’s Cinderella-inspired Met Gala look. The actress took to Instagram and accused the Spider-Man: Far From Home star of lifting the idea for her illuminated, color-changing gown from Claire Danes’ gala appearance in 2016.
Under a picture of the 22-year-old Disney Channel alum’s red carpet picture, Lindsay, 32, wrote, “Claire Danes did that with designer @zacposen already.”
Then the Parent Trap star sent a tweet to Claire Danes herself. “You wore this dress so beautifully,” Lindsay wrote. “I don’t know why someone thinks that they can be more chic. Ever.”
Fans quickly came to Zendaya’s defense. “Lol why is Lindsay commenting like she’s relevant,” one user wrote.
