Sources have told PEOPLE that her arrest will be integrated into her story line of the upcoming RHONY season, saying "It’s reality. They follow their real lives. So if this is happening while filming is happening, they’re going to talk about it. They'd didn’t shy away from Tinsley’s arrest. They didn’t shy away from Bethenny’s court drama.”
LuAnn has tried to stay hopeful about the new year since her arrest. She is still planning on doing her own cabaret type show in New York City called “Countess and Friends” that is set to debut in late February, unless she is still in rehab or isn’t permitted to leave Florida by the judge presiding over her case.
