The cat’s out of the bag! After reuniting and have a secret rendezvous, Madonna and Sean Penn are back together, but who is the cupid who brought the famous exes to couple up again?
An insider told us the matchmaker is none other than Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon, who convinced Sean to open his heart for Madge after it was broken by Charlize Theron.
“Lourdes cornered Sean at one of Madonna’s shows and totally opened up about her mom’s feelings for him and how no man’s ever gotten as close to her heart as he did,” the source said.
According to the insider, Sean was reminded of his “intensely passionate, genuine love” for the singer, whom he was married to for four years, and was willing to put their “crazy wild dish-throwing relationship” behind him 26 years later.

“Lourdes thinks they were too young and immature for such an intense romance, but she’s told both of them that’s not the case now and they should give each other another shot,” the source said.

Well, it looks like it worked! Penn and Madonna were seen at a luxury beach hotel in Santa Monica on Oct. 29 after attending several of her shows on her Rebel Heart World Tour.
“There’s no doubt Sean’s still got a thing for her – you can tell by how he watches her onstage,” the insider added.
And though he split from Charlize just a few months ago, the actor thinks linking back up with The Queen of Pop will be the best thing to forget Theron!
“Sean’s still feeling carved up over Charlize, but he couldn’t think of anything more fun and distracting than to date Madonna again,” the source added.
