Mariah Carey had no problem saying yes to this proposal! The songstress is engaged to billionaire boyfriend James Packer after he proposed with a 35-carat bauble in New York City on January 21.
Mariah, 45, and James, 48, have been dating for almost a year. After being photographed on an Italian vacation in June, they made their red carpet debut at The Intern premiere in September.
Mariah’s two children with ex-husband Nick Cannon, Monroe and Moroccan, 4, will join the Australian businessman’s three children Indigo, 7, Jackson, 5, and Emmanuelle, 3, with ex-wife Erica Baxter.

This will be the third marriage for Mariah. She was married to music executive Tommy Mottola from 1993 to 1998. In 2008, she tied the knot with Nick before divorcing in 2015.
Mariah is set to kick off the third leg of her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace next month before going on a world tour. Hopefully she won’t be too busy to plan what’s sure to be the most extravagant celebrity wedding of the year!
