Sept. 9 2020, Updated 12:09 p.m. ET
Katie Holmes’ dating life has made headlines once again. The 41-year-old actress was spotted getting cozy with Emilio Vitolo Jr. while out to dinner at Peasant Restaurant in New York City on Sunday, September 6.
According to photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the Dawson’s Creek alum wore a white T-shirt and jeans with her hair in a messy bun, while Vitolo, 33, sported a white T-shirt with a beige newsboy cap. During their date, the two couldn’t help but pack on the PDA — and Holmes even sat in his lap.

Prior to their romantic outing, Holmes and Vitolo were seen out to dinner in SoHo on September 1. And while it’s unclear how long the pair have been seeing each other, Vitolo commented on Holmes’ Instagram post from July 31.
Even though Holmes — who shares 14-year-old daughter Suri Cruise with ex Tom Cruise — may be smitten, it looks like Vitolo has just gotten out of a pretty serious relationship. In fact, the restaurateur was reportedly engaged to designer Rachel Emmons. The former flames are tagged in several photos from earlier this year, including one of them with his dog, Lil Franky.
