Mel B, who has been part America's Got Talent for the past five years, is uncertain about her future with the show according to documents in her nasty divorce settlement from ex-husband Stephen Belafonte.

The Blast obtained legal documents where Mel claimed that she could easily be replaced on AGT which would cause a ton of financial strain for her.

“I am currently a judge on the NBC television show, America’s Got Talent," she claimed. "I am currently in contract until the end of October 2018. I do not know if I will be asked back as a Judge on America’s Got Talent or if they will renew my contract."

“My current state of financial affairs is of utmost concern due to the fact that Stephen and I have immense tax debts and have been unable to repay those debts.”

The divorce battle between her and Stephen has been downright nasty for years. She recently won a restraining order against him after an alleged "hostile" incident happened between the two of them in late May.
