In the steamy clip, the “Wrecking Ball” singer’s boyfriend ditched his shirt to take off the fake star tat. As Patrick struggled to remove it, followers were treated with the model’s toned body.
The crush-worthy star went shirtless for most of the weekend, as he flaunted his killer abs and pecks while vacationing with his family.

Missing from the weekend of shirtless festivities was his girlfriend, who has been by his side (now we know why!) since the duo began dating in October.
