Miranda Lambert’s new husband, Brendan McLoughlin, has quite the cheating past! Carol Bruno, the mother of Brendan’s former fiancée Jackie Bruno, exclusively revealed to OK! Magazine that her daughter got the last laugh after she sold the engagement ring he gave her.
Jackie sold the engagement ring after she found out Brendan impregnated another woman while they were together.
The former fiancé’s mom Carol told OK!, “Jackie sold the engagement ring. That was another thing, he told her he paid over $15,000 for it and when she went to sell it, it turned out that it was clarity enhanced.”
“So she called him up about selling it and she met him in the city and she got a little bit of money, but not what he paid for it,” Carol revealed.
Miranda and her bandmates, The Pistol Annies, ironically sing about a similar situation in their song “Got My Name Changed Back.” In the song, Miranda croons, “Well I've got me an ex that I adored. But he got along good with a couple road whores.”
Another lyric read, “I broke his heart and I took his money.” Brendan’s ex-fiancée Jackie eventually did cash in on the engagement ring he gave her after he cheated.
