YES! Nathan Griffith And Corey Simms' Dad Jeff Give Us More Proof That Teen Mom 2 Is Coming Back
There was a big scandal last week about whether or not Nathan Griffith paid for the engagement ring he gave Jenelle Evans, and the answer is yes. But now, people are convinced that MTV foot the bill for their extravagant St. Thomas vacation, even though they didn’t shell out the dough for the ring. But now we know exactly what MTV did and didn’t pay for—and it’s giving us more hints that the new Teen Mom 2 season is officially on!
Candy Hennessey, one of the girls that Jenelle and Nathan traveled with to the Virgin Islands, took to Instagram to clear up the rumors about whether or not MTV treated all six of them—Jenelle, Nathan, Candy, her boyfriend, and another couple—to their vacation. So, what’s the verdict?
When an Instagram user asked Candy who paid for what, Candy clarified that Nathan paid for flights for all six of them, but MTV paid for the hotel, which is a large suite that all three couples are sharing, according to these screen shots on Starcasm.

Nathan tweeted (and then deleted) his response to all the drama, saying that MTV paid for the room “as compensation.” So, what does all of this have to do with the rumored sixth season of Teen Mom 2?
According to this pic obtained by Teen Mom Instagram account, @teenmom_mtv, cameras were spotted at Jenelle and Nathan’s engagement dinner. MTV wouldn’t pay for the trip if it wasn’t going to be a part of the show, so here we go! More proof that they’re already filming!
And although we still have yet to hear official word from the network or any of the other girls, for that matter, Corey Simms’ dad, Jeff Simms, responded to a Tweeter who asked if the show will be returning, simply by saying “I have heard it likely will be back.” Between this news and the new format changes for 16 & Pregnant's upcoming season, we're pretty excited about what's to come!
