Now that they are back to being besties, NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak are celebrating their rediscovered friendship in a pretty peculiar way -- a brand new reality show!
Leakes and Zolciak, along with Bravo, announced on Monday that the dynamic duo would be debuting a new reality show on the network.
Tentatively called NeNe and Kim: The Road to Riches, the show has no set premiere date as of now. But according to reports, the series will follow the pair as they take a trip from Atlanta, Georgia, to Los Angeles, California. That sounds like a reality TV hit waiting to happen!
“Atlanta’s ‘most driven’ housewives– NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak Biermann— drive out of their comfort zones and across the country to discover America on a one-of-a-kind adventure,” a Bravo press release says. “The road to LA may be paved with good intentions, but that doesn’t mean they won’t occasionally drive each other crazy.”

Leakes also took to her Twitter to share the big news. “IT'S OFFICIAL!!! @Kimzolciak and I have our own spin off show on @Bravotv,” Leakes said in the post that included three thumbs up emojis.

It’s been a long road for Leakes and Zolciack, whose friendship began to crumble toward the end of The Real Housewives of Atlanta's first season. They remained estranged when Zolciak departed the show in 2012 during its fifth season.
But over the past few years, the two have repaired their relationship and are now taking on reality TV yet again! And their new adventure on Bravo is likely to be one wild ride!
