Dina, 43, was married to Tommy Manzo and they have one daughter together. They announced their split in February.
A source told Us Weekly, “They’ve been together for a while.”

Dave had a successful car dealership, which he sold recently. He was also married previously and shares two kids with his former wife.
Dave battled leukemia and gushed to the DailyMail about how Dina helped him through his health battle. “I’m now in full remission and as healthy as you are, but yes, Dina was there for me through some difficult times and she helped me through them,” he said.
