OK! has learned that group calls themselves, a “milf pac”—Mothers I’d Like To F**k, in case it was unclear.

An insider close to the band of mothers said, “They’ve all been friends for years and it’s great to see women banding together like they are in Hollywood right now.”

Academy Award winners Reese, 39, and Gwyneth Paltrow, 43, are already super close and want to expand their “friend group” to super-stars like Beyonce and Jennifer Aniston.

The powerful and influential women, “Just love to have lunch every week at one of their homes and talk about everything, from business to pleasure,” revealed the source.

Recently, Kate, 36, and Nicole, 34, partied the night away with Gwyn at a La Mer event. Nicole even posted of pic of the beautiful ladies posing and wrote: “Moms Night Out.”
