After years of speculation about whether she had a little nip/tuck and where, Kim Zolciak finally came clean about all of it on Instagram on Monday. Read on to find out what she revealed.
It was just last month when Kim revealed she had breast reduction surgery at age 40. She also flaunted her lip fillers in a separate pic.
But today, the mom of six spilled even more tea all over Instagram in a candid bathroom selfie in which she flashed her butt in the camera wearing nothing but a bathing suit.
In the caption, she came clean about a lot of things that happened in her life. But what most readers will be astonished to learn is all her plastic surgery secrets. For instance, she wrote, “I had a tummy tuck/ boob job by the best @dr.hochstein??.”

She also wrote, “I naturally have black hair but now it’s 95% gray ?” and that she has “a device in my heart” (though she didn’t explain why that is).
As for her face, she seemed to just credit her obsession with skin products. “I love skincare and I have almost every product ever made. When we were building our house, we built a special cabinet just for all my products.”
