Selena Gomez looked like a model herself as she performed at the 2015 Victoria’s Secret show and she has a new diet to thank for it.
An insider exclusively told OK! Magazine, “She’s been totally diligent about her diet that involves eating three bananas a day and loads of berries, chick peas, cilantro and lentils.”
As strange as the diet may be, “It's loaded with calcium, Vitamin D and low-fat proteins, plus all the fruit and veggies she can eat,” the source explained.

Unlike most 23-year-olds, Gomez “doesn’t drink booze or caffeine and she’s rigid about working out five times a week.” Impressive!
And it is definitely paying off! “Selena’s on top of the world right now,” the insider revealed.
