Olivia Jade Returns To Instagram After College Admissions Scandal
July 29 2019, Published 2:03 p.m. ET
Olivia Jade is back on the grid after taking an Instagram hiatus since February 2019. The influencer, 19, and mother Lori Loughlin were trolled on social media after news of the college admissions scandal went public.
She shared an old picture on July 29 of her and mother, 55, for her birthday.
Olivia captioned the sweet tribute, “One day late. Happy Birthday. I love you so much,” with a heart emoji.
In March, she was attacked on Instagram for her mother’s participation in the college admissions scandal. Followers left hateful remarks which resulted in the former Sephora collaborator fleeing from the social media site.

Since then, Olivia kept herself off the grid and did not produce any new videos on her YouTube channel either.
Lori and Olivia allegedly had a major fallout due to the college admissions scandal.
She cut off communication from her parents in March, and then let them back into her life in April. Their relationship was reported to be on the mend on July 18.
