WBTV reports that a judge issued a simple assault summons for Thomas following an incident that occurred at his Sports One Bar early on Sunday morning.

On Monday, after reviewing the police report, a Mecklenberg County judge issued a summons for the arrest of Thomas for simple assault.
But according to WBTV, the summons had not been served by Monday afternoon.
Just hours after the alleged incident occurred, Thomas did upload a photo to his Instagram account on Sunday night as he celebrated the Carolina Panthers’ NFC Conference Championship win.
