Peter Thomas’ dramatic assault case has taken another twist now that video of his run-in with the patron at his Charlotte, North Carolina, bar has been leaked!
In the security footage, Thomas can be seen pushing his accuser, Brandon Link, as the two argue inside the establishment on Jan. 24.
The night of the incident, Thomas claimed he was “assaulted” by Thomas at the bar. And he was hospitalized for minor injuries after being kicked out the bar following the run-in with Thomas.
Cops that reported to the scene on the night of the incident determined that no assault occurred. But an insider told RadarOnline.com that the victim appears to have taken more evidence directly to the magistrate’s office. “Authorities found a compelling enough reason to call Mr. Thomas in for questioning,” the source said. “They want to hear his side of the story and get more answers.”

Reports claim that Thomas has denied injuring the man, saying that Link was hurt after he slipped on ice outside the bar. However, Thomas has yet to offer any official comment on the situation.
A spokesperson for the Mecklenburg District Court told RadarOnline.com that Thomas was charged just one day after the incident. And The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and husband of Cynthia Bailey was expected to be served a criminal summons on Feb. 1, a rep from Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office added.
Thomas’ latest drama comes amid his rumored marriage troubles with Bailey following his cheating scandal ahead of RHOA’s Season 8. The couple has denied the divorce rumors. But with the two rarely being spotted out together and Thomas spending a great deal of time in Charlotte without Bailey to run his bar, their fans continue to question the status of their relationship!
