Judging by her aggressive purse swing at Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks wasn’t pleased when she was asked to address rumors about her cheating on Apollo Nida during the Mar. 1 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Parks walked away from the heated convo during Sunday night’s show. But in a Bravo blog on the incident, the mother of two said she was upset that Cynthia Bailey would bring up such “absurd” rumors in front of all their fellow housewives.
“I was disappointed that Cynthia, a fellow wife and mother, would be so insensitive to repeat such an absurd notion less than 24 hours following my husband’s incarceration and the drama that occurred with it,” Parks said.
She added, “At no point have Cynthia and Peter ever reached out to check on me or my children. I was amazed that she was more interested in spreading a lie than supporting me as a woman and newly single mother.”
Parks went on to take an additional dig at Bailey, calling her out for her decision to address the cheating claims during the ladies' first group dinner since their Puerto Rico trip. “I guess the purported class she touts must have been on winter break, because that was the most classless thing I have ever witnessed,” Parks said.
Parks also slammed Moore’s participation in the discussion, saying that Moore is obsessed with her life and suggesting Parks that the sexting scandal between Nida and Moore actually did happen.
Nida admitted that he lied about Moore sending his suggestive messages. But in her post, Parks said she isn’t convinced he was telling the truth. “As far as Kenya is concerned, I never expect much from her, but as always her obsessive interest in my life, plus her extreme actions and emotional state, further corroborate the affair between her and Apollo,” said Parks.
