The Real Housweives of Atlanta ladies have been flooding their Instagram accounts with tons of new photos since the show’s Season 8 cast was officially revealed on Monday. However, Porsha Williams is drawing a few side-eyes from RHOA fans after she posted a celebratory snap appearing to brag about her promotion back to full-time housewife status!
The beauty took to Instagram on Monday to share a photo from what looked to be the video shoot for the show’s Season 8 intro sequence. In the image she is grinning while holding a peach. “Often Imitated but Never Duplicated......I'm a Real Georgia Peach!! #Rhoa,” Williams captioned the photo that included a peach emoji!
Williams looked to be mostly taking yet another moment to share her excitement about the show’s return.
But some fans have since blasted Williams for possibly using the photo to take a dig at Shereé Whitfield, especially since the RHOA vet ended up being cast as a part-time housewife for her return to the show.

It was rumored that that Whitfield would be coming back to the show as one of the series’ new full-time housewives. But that newbie slot went to actress Kim Fields, with Williams reclaiming the peach she lost during Season 7 to complete the show’s new lineup of full-time wives. William’s friend Shamea Morton alos joined RHOA's cast as the second part-time housewife for the new season!
But even though she didn't techncially get her peach back, Whitfield seems quite content to be back on the show that made her a hosuehold name.
