Prince Harry Addresses Rumored Feud Between Him & Prince William In New Documentary
Prince Harry is getting honest about his relationship with brother Prince William. The Duke of Sussex opened up about the rumored feud between him and William in ITV’s new documentary, Harry & Meghan: An African Journey. The doc aired in the United Kingdom on Sunday, October 20, and is scheduled to be broadcasted in the United States on Wednesday, October 23.
In the documentary, Harry, 35, and his wife Meghan Markle, spoke candidly about life in the public eye, as well as their struggles, during their trip to Africa.
Harry touched on his relationship with William, 37, in the interview and how their positions in the royal family have affected their friendship as brothers. When asked about the rumored rift between him and the Duke of Cambridge, Harry said, "Part of this role and part of this job and this family being under the pressure that it's under, inevitably stuff happens, but we're brothers. We'll always be brothers. We're certainly on different paths at the moment, but I'll always be there for him and as I know he'll always be there for me."
The father of one continued, "The majority of stuff is created out of nothing. As brothers, we have good days and we have bad days.”
Rumors circulated that trouble was heading towards the royal family when news surfaced that Harry and Meghan, 38, were splitting from their joint charity with William and his wife Kate Middleton.

In the same interview, Meghan also opened up about her time in the royal spotlight and she nearly broke down in tears during the documentary. “Oh my God, it’s the most inspiring,” she began about her trip to South Africa. “We just got here and to see everything they’re doing —but also it’s not just the girls that are feeling empowered, it’s the role of the men and the young boys who are helping them."
The Duchess of Sussex spoke about her transition from an American actress, her marriage to Harry and welcoming her first child, Archie, all within two years. “Any woman, especially when they’re pregnant, you’re really vulnerable,” she said while trying to hold back her tears. “And so that was made really challenging, and then, when you have a newborn, you know?”
“As a woman it's really, it's a lot. So you add this on top of just trying to be a new mom and trying to be a newlywed, it’s um…” Meghan added. She then paused to tell her interviewer Tom Bradby, “And also thank you for asking, because not many people will have asked if I'm OK...But it's a very real thing the pressure to be going through behind the scenes.”
