The Chicago Police Department were called to R. Kelly’s condo on Tuesday, March 11, to do a wellness check. An anonymous caller informed the dispatcher that five women were planning to carry out a “suicide pact.”
According to the caller, Azriel Clary, 21, and “four other women, who are victims of R. Kelly were planning to carry out a suicide pact at one of the condos."
However, the unidentified person was unable to provide more specific detail.
In a statement to People, the Chicago Police Department explained, “Police received a call from an out of state anonymous caller stating that people at the location were going to carry out a suicide pact.”

“Police on scene conducting a wellness check and it is not a bonafide incident,” the statement continued.
Last week, Azriel and Joycelyn Savage, 23, were a part of Gayle King’s explosive interview with the R&B singer. Both women claimed they were not being abused or manipulated by R. Kelly, 52.
They also insisted the accusations of sexual abuse abduction made by their parents in the Surviving R. Kelly documentary were all a ploy for money. “You guys are believing some f**king facade that our parents are saying,” a tearful Azriel told Gayle. “This is all f**king lies for money, and if you can’t see that, you’re ignorant and you’re stupid.”
