Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Guidice is supposed to be released from federal prison March 2019, however he may not remain in the United States long enough to do that. The Italian native is currently undergoing deportation proceedings while in jail, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson told RadarOnline.com exclusively. Read on for more details.
Joe, husband to RHONJ cast member Teresa, is currently “in deportation proceedings while he’s in custody,” the ICE spokesperson told Radar. “ICE has lodged a detainer, and he is in removal proceedings.”
This means that he could be kicked out the country before he completes his 41-month sentence for fraud.
“If he is ordered deported while in custody, he will be removed from the U.S.,” the spokesperson said.

If Joe, 46, does complete his sentence, he'll be immediately transferred to the care of ICE when released, instead of returning home to Teresa and their four daughters in New Jersey.
While Teresa previously said she "wouldn't mind" moving to Italy because it's a "beautiful place to live," there's also been reports the two are on the brink of divorce.
