Luann was arrested on Christmas Eve in Palm Beach for disorderly intoxication and battery on an officer.

"I'm going to kill you all," she allegedly said. Luann was also allegedly in a hotel room with a mystery man before she was arrested.
After the incident, Luann checked into rehab. Meanwhile, her husband threw a humiliating "unwedding" party on the anniversary of their wedding.
