In November 2018, after a judge ordered his deportation, Joe and his legal team filed an appeal. However, on Thursday, April 18 the appeal was denied and the father of four is now one step closer to being sent back to his native Italy. According to RadarOnline.com, Joe got very emotional over the news, breaking down in tears.
“We are extremely disappointed that the Board Of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal,” Joe’s attorney said in a statement to American Media Inc. “We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court Of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”
