PHOTOSNeNe Leakes Shares Updates On Husband Gregg's Health & Their Marriage

NeNe Leakes was honored with the prestigious Woman of Achievement award at the Associates for Breast and Prostate Cancer Studies' Annual Mother’s Day Luncheon in Beverly Hills on Thursday, May 9. At the event, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed the status of her husband Gregg Leakes' health amid his colon cancer battle and how their marriage is doing despite it.
Gregg, 63, recently underwent a medical procedure on May 8. he wrote on Instagram, “I’m asking for your prayers as I take my body scan this morning to see if there is any cancer in my body.”
NeNe, 51, spoke to Entertainment Tonight about his current state of health. "As you know, my husband, Gregg, was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer and ever since then, we have been all over this whole cancer thing, because it was devastating to our family," she said.
"But, I'm happy to say today that Gregg is much better. We don't know that he is free of cancer, but he’s much better," the New Normal actress continued.

As OK! readers know, his cancer weighed heavy on their marriage and the couple had a rocky few months. They sleep in separate bedrooms and NeNe even considered divorcing him a second time.
The Bravo celebrity revealed that she and Gregg "are doing good."
