Dorit Kemsley is being dragged into her husband PK’s legal battle and may face arrest! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s husband is in a $1.2 million court battle over money he allegedly borrowed from Nicos Kirzis in 2011. Now, judges are looking to seize Dorit’s funds.
Dorit and her husband, PK, have been ordered to appear in court on September 5, 2019. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star must come prepared with her financial records or she will be at risk of arrest and being in contempt of court.
“If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding,” the order said.
Nicos claimed PK has not paid any amount of his balance since he loaned the money in 2011. PK made a recent payment of $250,000, but that only covered the interest his loan built over the years.

PK still allegedly owes $1,235,573.66.
Nicos has been trying to get the courts to seize nearly $30,000 in Dorit’s bank account as repayment for the loan. The RHOBH star claimed that all the money in the account was hers and that her husband did not add to her personal finances.
Regardless, the judge reportedly froze the account until their September hearing.
