The honeymoon phase is over! After only a year The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her husband Paul “P.K.” Kemsley have put their Encino, California, mansion up for sale.
This comes as quite a surprise, as Kemsely raved endlessly about the gorgeous farmhouse-style home on the current season of the hit Bravo show.

The humble abode is approximately 9,000 square-feet with six bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
The home is listed at $9.495 million, almost a third more than the couple paid for the home at $6.5 million. Rumors have dogged the couple for years regarding their financial status.
According to the Daily Mail, the 44-year-old and her 53-year-old husband wanted a bigger space because they plan to “run their businesses from their home” during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The couple share two children together, Jagger, 6, and Phoenix, 4, who will be homeschooled at their new residence.

David Parnes, from Bravo’s hit show Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, has the listing. Parnes works for Kyle Richards’ husband Mauricio Umansky’s real estate company, The Agency.
The company is also selling RHOBH star Teddi Mellencamp's home for $5.9 million.
