Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter has officially slapped with charges stemming from her DUI arrest on Friday, February 1. Read on for the details.
Gina had two misdemeanor charges filed against her on Friday, February 15, according to documents obtained by The Blast.
The mother-of-three was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or more.
Her arraignment has been set for Thursday, February 28.
Gina was arrested in the early morning hours of Friday, February 1, for being allegedly under the influence in Rancho Santa Margarita.

She was transported to a jail in Santa Ana at 3:42 AM, where the RHOC star was detained and released roughly nine hours later.
Gina later admitted in an Instagram post that her decisions that evening were "epically stupid."
Her soon-to-be ex-husband Matt has been supportive of Gina during this difficult time.
"He showed up... when I needed him," the Bravo star told OK! exclusively at a pre-Grammys party in Los Angeles on Thursday, February 7.
