Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi was photographed for the first time since giving birth on Friday, July 26. The reality star and baby daddy Slade Smiley took newborn daughter Skylar Gray to a medical appointment in Newport Beach, California.
Gretchen, 40, looked gorgeous in a patterned maxi dress. She kept her hair tied up in a loose bun and wore big sunglasses to shield her eyes from the sun.
The blonde beauty pushed her infant daughter in a stroller while Slade, 45, walked protectively alongside of them.
The Bravo star welcomed her first child on Wednesday, July 10, via C-section.

The new mom was slammed by fans for going quiet on social media following her delivery, after documenting practically every moment of her pregnancy.
Gretchen finally released the first photos of Skylar Gray on Wednesday, July 17.
"We took some time off social media to just bond and be with our little angel! My recovery has been really tough (headed back to the doctors now to check if I popped a stitch). This has been the most difficult thing I have ever done yet the most amazing, rewarding, incredible experience of my life!" Gretchen shared with her fans at the time.
