Shannon and David Beador's legal battles are far from over. The couple has been entangled in a messy divorce and now they're back at court again. An eyewitness told RadarOnline.com that they saw David storming out of an Orange County courtroom on Thursday, February 7.
The source said that they saw the 54-year-old get angry after he failed to persuade a judge to lessen his monthly child and spousal support payments to his estranged wife.
The judge also advised David he cannot order The Real Housewives of Orange County star to stop drinking alcohol when she is with their three daughters.
As OK! readers know, David filed a request to prevent her from drinking alcohol when she's with their children. The 54-year-old reality star blasted his claims and said that he only wants to “hurt and embarrass” her in public. The ex-couple share daughters Sophie, 17, and 14-year old twins Adeline and Stella.

The judge at the hearing told David that he can't legally stop Shannon from consuming alcohol. But the judge said instead, “I will make an order that neither you nor Shannon shall be impaired during your parenting time, but as for consumption of alcohol, you are free. We live in America and you are free to consume alcohol wherever you want."
The judge demanded that David and Shannon come back to the court in two months to discuss his request to lessen his child and spousal support payments. The entrepreneur told the court he thought he was paying too much in monthly support.
