She was completely naked minus a pair of panties for the clip.
Being nude in public is nothing new for Tamra. She ran around in the buff during her Mexican vacation with Vicki Gunvalson and Shannon Beador on the last RHOC season.

Her nudity and character traits have been bashed by trolls online, some of whom have called her a bad Christian for exhibiting such behavior.
Tamra posted a set of Instagram Q&A’s on Monday, March 11, where she revealed that she wouldn’t be talking about her faith anymore on RHOC.
“I don’t feel comfortable talking about it on reality TV anymore,” Tamra responded to a fan who praised her for being so “transparent” about her faith. “It really opens you up to being judged harshly.”
