Briana’s husband Ryan Culberson was the one to share the jaw-dropping photos of his wife earlier this week.
He credits a strict keto diet for helping her drop such a large amount of weight. It’s something that Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino swears by as well.

The mother-of-two’s weight issues have fluctuated for a long time due to her complications from lupus.
Her issues with lupus were so bad that doctors almost had to amputate her leg a couple of years ago. It’s something that Vicki tearfully revealed on a podcast in the summer of 2018.
Ryan claimed that she doesn’t have any lupus flare ups as a result of her losing such a dramatic amount of weight. Fans praised the former RHOC star for the incredible transformation on the social media post.
