Teresa Giudice is fighting for her husband Joe Giudice to stay in the country and not be deported back to Italy. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana penned several heartfelt letters to beg the court to keep him in the United States.
In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Teresa requested that the judge take her daughters into consideration in their ruling.
"Judge Ellington, my daughters need their father. They cry for him every day...I cannot bear the thought of my daughters losing their father,” she wrote in one of the heartbreaking messages. “I am fearful that it will break them and that I alone will not be able to fix them. Judge Ellington, this is my greatest fear and it keeps me up at night. The fear that if I lose my husband, I will also lose my children, as they will never be the same.”
The reality star continued, "My husband is the true love of my life and the most amazing father that I could ask God for our daughters. I cannot imagine life without him. He is our everything and we desperately need him.”

Joe and Teresa's oldest daughter Gia wrote in her own letter, “There have been so many things that my dad has missed … It affects us all. I am asking you from the bottom of my heart to please keep our father with us.”
Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana also scribed letters. Milania called her dad her “best friend” and Gabriella said she “would be swallowed into darkness” without her father standing with her.
The Giudice family have not seen Joe since since his release from prison and subsequent transfer to ICE custody in March. Joe's deportation appeal was also denied earlier this month.
