Luanne, 53, was due to return to jail for violating probation on May 23, but according to new documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the judge spared her. In the court papers, she is ordered to have “weekly telephone counseling sessions with her treating psychiatrist,” in person appointments once a month and she is being prescribed Antabuse sobriety medication.
According to documents obtained by Page Six earlier this month, “Per her New York Probation Officer, she had an alcohol test conducted on 04/21/2019. She admitted to drinking 2 glasses of mimosas after a performance she had in Chicago.”
Luann, who is currently on tour for her cabaret show was given the option to “immediately enroll in outpatient treatment,” according to the documents. However, she declined because of her schedule.

She also refused to get an alcohol ankle monitoring device.
The alleged violation wouldn't be the first time she's broken her sobriety. Her Florida PO said in the court documents, “It appears to the court that she is not serious about her sobriety or the orders of this Court.”
Luann was first arrested in Palm Beach, Florida on Christmas Eve, in 2017 on five different charges, including disorderly intoxication, battery on an officer and resisting arrest. The reality star’s probation was scheduled to end on August 28.
Her fellow RHONY castmate Ramona Singer was asked on May 22 why she and the other stars continuously drink around Luann despite her probation. Ramona told the Watch What Happens Live audience, “The thing is in real life you’re going to be around people who drink. She said herself ‘don’t stop drinking because you’re with me’ and she prefaced that so we said ‘ok’ and we like to drink. Sorry.”
