Camila Mendes has been coy on social media about her relationship with Riverdale co-star Charles Melton. She confirmed their relationship with an Instagram picture of him kissing her on October 7th and last posted a picture with him on the 18th that same month. If you were worried they broke up, they assured fans they are still together when they stepped onto the red carpet together last night!
Camila captioned October Instagram post of her boyfriend, “mine.” Her onscreen boyfriend KJ Apa commented, “Are you guys dating?” and Camila confirmed, “I’m sorry you had to find out this way.”
Camila and Charles attended the GQ Men of the Year party last night, December 6. The two walked side by side. It marked their first red carpet appearance as a couple.
Both Riverdale stars only posted photos of themselves on the red carpet to their Instagram accounts. However, on the red carpet and inside the party, Charles kept his arm around Camila’s waist in most of their pictures.

Camila wore a lavender jumpsuit with lace overlay on the bottoms. Charles kept it classy and wore a traditional navy black suit with a black tie.
Inside the event, they refused to separate, even in a group photo with their other co-stars Madelaine Petsch and Marisol Nichols. The couple appeared to be on a double date with Madelaine and her boyfriend Travis Mills.
