RadarOnline revealed that Bryan Randall, who has been dating Bullock for two months, was once slapped with a restraining order by a neighbor for a bizarre outburst.
According to the court documents, Randall’s neighbor filed a temporary restraining order after he smeared dog feces on his neighbor’s home.

In the documents, the neighbor said he was threatened by Randall and was worried about his “bad temper.”
“I know he has guns and a notoriously erratic temper and I am scared of what he will do next, as his daughter will be gone come Sunday,” the neighbor said in the documents.
