In the first trailer of season 16 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians we see Kim, 38, announce that she and Kanye, 41, are expecting a fourth child via surrogate.

While we can't be sure who Kim is talking about, there is a good chance it could be John Legend. As OK! readers know, the EGOT winner and Kanye got into a huge rift in April 2018 when the rapper decided to post screenshots of his texts with John — claiming that he was trying to change his political opinions.

While things definitely got heated for a moment, it seems like the performers managed to put their differences aside as Kim and Kanye were seen at John's wife, Chrissy Teigen's baby shower for their son Miles, at the end of April 2018. Perhaps fans will get to see that reconciliation on KUWTK?

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who have been separated for quite a bit of time now, were also seen talking about their relationship in the preview. "I don't want you think that I'm giving a mixed message," Kourtney says to Scott. "You barely give a regular messaged," Scott jokes back.
