Mom’s stepping back! Although Taylor Swift’s mom, Andrea Finlay, has helped the singer get through her many heartbreaks, this time it will most likely be different. It seems that instead of getting involved with Taylor's relationship with Joe Alwyn, her mom has other things to take care of.

An insider tells OK! Magazine exclusively, “Any mother would find it exhausting to get invested in their daughter’s loves, only to have the guy disappear in a few months.”

The insider continues to say, "She has bigger things to deal with, it’s not a good time for anything draining.” Andrea was diagnosed with cancer in 2015.

Similarly, Joe’s mom shares the same feeling. “She worries about him being caught up in the stress of dating a superstar” the insider explains.

Already, the couple has thought about moving in together. It appears that Taylor has really strong feelings for her new man Joe altogether.
