Tyler Baltierra's sister, Amber, has been arrested.
Amber was arrested on Sunday, November 10th in Texas booked into the Williamson County jail, according to The Ashley's Reality Roundup.
According to the documents, the MTV star was charged with “Assault” that caused “Bodily Harm.” "Family Violence" was also listed in the documents. Further details, such as who her alleged victim was, is not known at the moment.
On Monday, November 11th, Amber was released after bonding out with $1,500.
As seen on the hit MTV reality show, Amber was residing in Texas. On a previous episode, she celebrated a year of sobriety, but currently she is celebrating 18 months.
Following her arrest, Amber took to Instagram to admit she's "been off my rocker a little bit lately."
“As long as I keep a relationship with the guy in the sky who keeps me from getting high, I can make it! Your girl’s making it! Can’t nobody get me down! Nothing gonna break me, nothing!” Amber said in the clip while holding up her 18-month sobriety chip.

The mother of two has frequently appeared in Tyler and Cate's story line throughout the years.
Amber has checked into rehab a few times. In May 2018, she checked into rehab for 90 days to become an "even better mom."
The mother of two posted a photo of her son and daughter and wrote, "These two. They’re my rock,” she captioned a photo of her young son and daughter. “Mommy loves you more than you guys may know right now. You both deserve nothing but the best and I will give that to you. I’m gonna miss you these 90 days. Just know I love you both with every fiber in me.”
She continued, "When mom gets home she’s gonna be the best woman I can be and a even better mom. I’ll pray for your comfort and happiness everyday I’m not with you. Show the world your my babies and you guys are strong and can get through anything…because well, you got Baltierra blood and it don’t get stronger than that.”
On the past few seasons, fans have watched Tyler struggle with trying to help everyone after they check into rehab.
Amber and Tyler's dad, Butch, has entered rehab a few times as well, as seen on the reality show.
Tyler has yet to comment on his sister's arrest.
